Over the weekend, I had a lot of time to sit and sketch...I ended up playing around with more elaborate patterns. The angels came first, then the design elements sort of grew out of that.

Thanks for the comments...I plan to explore some more of this theme in the future. I've always loved thinking about these powerful beings.
